SUP Diary – Day Seven 浆板日记-第七天

I did a 6.4km run this morning on the beach in Houhai, and a 4.8km paddle in Dadonghai this evening. At the end of seven days, my Week One distance totals for both my paddling and running are identical – 12.8 km, acheived over three paddles and two runs. Not a bad start.

今天早上我在后海沙滩上跑了6.4公里,晚上回大东海后又划桨板划了4.8公里。七天以来,我的第一周的总运动距离达到12.8公里,包括三次桨板,两次跑步!这个开始还不错。
